A Community of Compassion, Healing, and Honesty
The Mind–Spirit Bible Practice™ is built on the belief that emotional pain deserves tenderness, not shame. This work helps people hold their faith and emotions together with dignity, safety, and spiritual grounding.
The Three Pillars of Our Practice
Our approach stands on three foundational pillars that work together to create lasting transformation.
Scripture-Rooted
Every practice is rooted in God's Word. We believe the Bible provides the ultimate framework for understanding our emotions, relationships, and purpose.
DBT-Informed
Dialectical Behavior Therapy offers proven skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.
Trauma-Aware
We approach every individual with understanding that past wounds shape present responses. Safety and gentleness guide our methods.
Making Healing Accessible
"I have indeed seen the misery of my people… I have heard them crying… I am concerned about their suffering."
— Exodus 3:7
We exist to make emotional and spiritual healing accessible to people who feel overwhelmed or misunderstood—especially those navigating trauma, mental health challenges, or emotional pain.
This work is not about promoting a personal brand or showcasing expertise. It is about serving the vulnerable, reflecting God's compassion, and offering accessible tools for emotional resilience and spiritual grounding.
A Faith Community That Embraces Mental Health
We envision a faith community where mental health struggles are met with compassion, not shame. Where evidence-based care and spiritual formation walk hand in hand.
- Pastors equipped to support struggling members
- Believers and seekers free from stigma around mental health
- Families strengthened through emotional literacy
From Personal Struggle to Purpose
"You have collected all my tears in your bottle." — Psalm 56:8

The Mind–Spirit Bible Practice™ emerged from years of witnessing a gap in the faith communities—a space where mental health struggles were often met with well-meaning but inadequate responses.
Too many people in crisis are told: "Just have more faith," "Pray harder," or "Don't be emotional."But what they really need is language, tools, and safe pathways to grow with God in the middle of their pain.
We set out to create something different: a practice that honors both the sufficiency of Scripture and the wisdom God has given us through psychology. The result is a holistic approach that meets people where they are.
